UPS / FedEx will be used to deliver your AKEZ E Bike right to your door. But if you’re a wholesaler for a pallet or truckload, you can pickup at local warehouses on your own schedule.

How to-:

1. Contact us (support@akezebikes.com) to get electric invoice.

Necessary information that customers need to provide: 

• Your name, phone number, email address and plate number.
• Which AKEZ E-Bike model and quantity. 

2. Get an appointment from our colleagues in the warehouse.

• Appointment date & phone number.
• Pick up location.
• Payment before picking up.
