At AKEZ Ebike, we value each and every single purchase, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are trying our best to speed up the process, making your bike arrive as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated during the hard time since 2020. Thanks for your understanding.

We provide local UPS, USPS, DPD, FedEx, or DHL shipping services. No tax needed. Please check the shipping area below. For certain places, we might not deliver or need extra shipping fee.

Notice: AKEZ E Bikes Are Not for Sale to Persons Under the Age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.

From UK warehouse, we can ship to UK free shipping and no tax, you can check UK inventory here.

From EU warehouse, we can ship to the following EU countries with free shipping and no tax, you can check EU inventory here.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

From US warehouse, we can only ship to USA (exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) with free shipping and no tax.

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. You can check US inventory here.

AKEZ E Bikes SHIPPING TIME

In-stock AKEZ e bikes orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 3~10 business days for your AKEZ electric bike to arrive at your address.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Kindly note that, if you didn’t receive the package within our shipping time or the package you received missing items, please contact support@akezebikes.com within a week. In the addition, if you see the package was returned to the sender, we will check it for you as soon as possible. Please kindly note that we need to confirm that the package was returned to our overseas warehouse before we can re-ship it for you.

SHIPPING NOTES

Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order.

Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order. If the package is returned due to the customer’s failure to pick up the package in time, wrong address, customer refuse to accept the package,or other reason, we will reserve the right to ask you to pay twice the delivery cost for redelivery or refund.

Shipping fees and taxes are included in the item prices and buyers pay the price which showed on the website.

After the package is sent, we CAN NOT change the delivery address.

Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated into by reference and form a part of these Terms.

PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS

If your payment is processed by Paypal, please note that we only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. If in any case of some countries and regions we can not ship to, we will also inform you accordingly by email after your purchase.
