PayPal is the faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment. And, everyone trusts it in the world. So, AKEZ Electric Bike Store use Paypal as payment way to ensure both buyer and seller protection.
Note: You can complete your order with your Debit & Credit Card via Paypal Guest Check Out ( no need to have a paypal account).
If you pay by Credit Card, our system may refuse your payment in some way during checkout to prevent possible credit card fraud. It is best to call your credit card company or bank in advance to let them know about the purchase so as not to be rejected.
Pay by PayPal steps (even if you don’t have a PayPal account)
Follow these STEPS:
1. If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay with your PayPal account.
2. If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal on the checkout page and click the Complete Order button. You will then be directed to a page that has access to PayPal and debit/credit card payments (for the latter option, you don’t have to register for PayPal).
Pay by PayPal Guest Checkout 4 steps:
Step 1. Complete order On Check out page (even if you don’t have a PayPal account)
Step 2. Click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card“.
Step 3. Fill in your Credit Card info and complete your order.
Step 4. Continue as Guest or Creat a PayPal account

ABOUT PAYMENT FAILURE
1. Credit card payment failed, the code 80010: Transaction Do Not Honour is displayed
The card issuing bank believes that the transaction is risky and related to overseas consumption. Some card issuance acts to help the cardholder’s credit card security, and will refuse to process overseas consumption, or set by the buyer himself. The buyer set a limit on the amount of online purchases, so the payment failed.
2. Credit card payment failed, the code 80090: Cannot Start 3D Authorized Service is displayed
Consumers have not turned on 3D verification services.
Solution: Consumers are advised to contact the card issuing bank to ask for the specific reason, affirm that it is their own consumption, or try to pay again, or change the card to pay.
3.Credit card payment failed, the code 20061: Duplicate Order
When prompted for 3D verification, the customer did not continue the operation and exited and re-paid
Solution:Please follow the system requirements when prompted for 3D verification and do not refresh the page.
4.PayPal payment failed, we don’t support Paypal credit
Solutin: Please choose to use PayPal account balance, bind debit card, credit card to pay.
ABOUT EXCHANGE RATE CONVERSION
All purchases on AKEZ Electric Bike Store website are settled in U.S. dollars.
Other real currency prices such as Euros and British Pounds are converted at the same day’s exchange rate; when consumers choose non-USD credit cards to pay, the consumer’s card issuing bank may incur additional exchange rate conversion service fees, or exchange rate losses. The extra cost requires consumers to contact the card issuing bank for consultation and claim back.
