US orders will be delivered from US warehouse, EU/UK/AU orders will be delivered from EU warehouse. We typically ship AKEZ Electric Scooter / Bike in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order in 5-10 business days (Mon-Fri). No. In order to ensure the smooth customs clearance of international goods, we have paid the import duties and taxes of your order. Let you buy with confidence and serve you wholeheartedly.

However, for all international orders, some countries (United States, Canada, Hungary, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Italy, etc.) require consumer tax on certain special categories or cross-border goods. Due to differences in tax rates between countries, we cannot pay consumer tax for you, and customers are required to pay it themselves. Also, if you are shipping an item from one country to another you may be subject to pay local taxes and custom duties on said item. The customer is solely responsible for these expenses.

All AKEZ E Scooters / Bikes are covered under our manufacturer’s one-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. You can learn about our warranty by clicking “warranty” page.

We believe that communication is the best way to solve the problem. Please contact us in time. To help you solve the problem as quickly as possible, please describe the problem in detail and provide photos and videos so that we can find the problem.

We reserve the rights to make modifications in the interest of delivering a better product to you. Since our first launch we have made tweaks and refinement to our AKEZ Electric Scooters / Bikes. We are continuously making improvement to the AKEZ E Scooter / Bike as we move towards production, so the AKEZ E Scooters / Bikes you received might be slightly different but only better.

Yes. Of course.

We have a professional Quality Control team. They will check carefully for each item we received from suppliers and manufacturers to avoid sending defective goods to our customers.

If an item is found defective in our QC test, it will be returned to the supplier / factory. Please don’t worry about receiving a defective item because we are committed to being a trustworthy and reliable seller on international on-line shopping market.

The AKEZ Electric Scooter / Bike will arrive mostly assembled. All AKEZ E Scooters / Bikes come with a whole set of tool to help you build up the bike easily and quickly. We can also provide technical guides to help you solve common cycling problems.          

We package your products very soon after the order is placed which means your order cannot be amended once the status of your order has changed to “order processing”. This includes changing the delivery method, payment method, shipping address, color/quantity of items, or applying a discount.

If you do not accept or sign for the package when it’s delivered to your address, we will ship the package back to one of our warehouses. Please note that you will be responsible for the original shipping fee and return shipping fee of $150-350 (varies by model and shipping cost). You can learn about our return policy by clicking “return policy” page.

Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.

If this has happened, please follow these steps:

If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.

If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.

Next, contact akezebikes.com immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures/ vidoes of the broken item issue. We will contact the courier company from our end.

Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate akezebikes.com, and we will pass on this compensation to you. The compensation varies from case to case and is different for each delivery company. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to akezebikes.com in order for us to send out a new piece.

Here are some steps and suggestions on how to resolve this issue:

>>Check if the delivery address of your order is correct;

>>Ask your neighbors, relatives or friends if they receive the package on your behalf;

>>Raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company, they will advise you on the complaint procedure.

>>All orders reported as “delivered” by the shipping company are considered to have been delivered. In this case, akezebikes.com is not liable for non-delivery.
